Mt Fisher and Mt Eureka Gold Project

Mt Fisher and Mt Eureka Gold Project

High-Tech Metals Ltd (ASX: HTM) is advancing the Mt Fisher and Mt Eureka Gold Projects in Western Australia’s Northern Goldfields, approximately 500km north-east of Kalgoorlie and 120km east of Wiluna.

Together, the projects comprise a consolidated 1,150km² landholding within the Yilgarn Craton, one of the world’s premier gold provinces. The project area lies within the Mt Fisher greenstone belt, approximately 40km east of the Yandal greenstone belt, which hosts significant gold deposits including Jundee, Bronzewing and Milrose.

HTM owns 100% of the Mt Fisher gold project tenements and retains gold rights over tenement E53/1218 under a split-commodity agreement with Cannon Resources Pty Ltd. At Mt Eureka, HTM holds a 75% interest in a joint venture with Cullen Resources Limited (ASX: CUL).

Exploration is focused on growing existing gold resources and assessing additional targets across the portfolio. At Mt Fisher, mineralisation remains open to the north and down plunge, supporting further drilling to target resource growth and conversion. At Mt Eureka South, integrated interpretation of geophysical and surface geochemical data has identified four priority target areas for further investigation.

The projects are situated in an established mining jurisdiction, with secure tenure providing a foundation for ongoing exploration and future development.

Mt Fisher and Mt Eureka Gold Project Location Map

Historic exploration has been largely fragmented, non-systematic and conducted by numerous companies since the 1980’s. A large proportion of historic exploration has focussed on nickel along the eastern margin of the Project area, which resulted in Cannon Resources’ JORC 2012 MRE of 7.5Mt @ 1.8% Ni for 134.1Kt of contained nickel metal. The Project area is primarily prospective for gold, however, potential also exists for Ni mineralisation. Notwithstanding the nature of the historic exploration significant gold mineralisation was intersected by AC and RAB drilling deep within the weathering profile and by RC and diamond drilling in fresh rock below 100m depth.
